Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole April 1, 2009

Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
2-3 cups corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Mix sour cream, soup, onion, butter, cheese and hashbrowns in a large bowl.
3. Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
