Crunchy Onion Chicken March 18, 2009

2 cups (4 oz) French’s french fried onions (original or cheddar)
2 tbsp flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400° F
2. Crush french fried onions with flour in plastic bag
3. Dip chicken into egg, then coat in onion crumbs
4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes

Super easy!  I love this with the Four Cheese Macaroni.
