I have no idea who the Rempels are, but they make a mean meatloaf!
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cups crushed butter round crackers
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp steak sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Stir the ground beef, crushed crackers, cheddar cheese and onion soup mix in a large bowl until well combined. Whisk the eggs, ketchup and steak sauce in a separate bowl until smooth. Mix the egg mixture into the meat until evenly combined. Press into a 9×5 loaf pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes.
NOTE: I put two slices of bread down in the bottom of my loaf pan before adding the meat mixture to catch the grease.
